Key West, a small U.S. coastal island city, is one of the popular stops on the Florida Keys chain. It is also Florida’s southernmost point, lying about 90 miles from Cuba. Famed for its bright-colored, Conch-style homes, it is a popular cruise-ship destination also accessible by the mainland through the Overseas Highway. It is known for its spectacular sunset pier and nightlife. The Key West municipal airport, just off Duval Street, connects it to the rest of Florida through its airways. Its downtown area is packed with shops and restaurants. The sunset Pier, which features restaurants, shops, a gift shop, and a stage for musicals, is the best thing to do in Key West during summer. The nightlife, however, does not end here. Visit Mallory Square, the largest public mall in Florida, for great shopping.

Like the Miami-Dade County’s famous “Canal Street,” Key West’s Old Town is lined with shops, boutiques, hotels, and restaurants. The square is lined with beautiful shops and restaurants that feature artworks, antiques, and exotic goods. There are coffee houses and restaurants that serve continental and exotic coffee and desserts. Some of the restaurants here are located in Old Town Square. These restaurants offer such treats as shrimp cocktail, banana split, and stuffed pizza. For those who want to have a more relaxing meal, visit the cafe and enjoy the complimentary coffee while you wait for your Key West vacation.

Duval Street is lined with several fine restaurants and nightspots. One of the popular nightspots on Duval Street in Key West’s own Trumark Park. Here you can visit the jungle preserve where a herd of flamingos calls home. If you are looking for an exciting activity, then you must visit the Duval Street marine aquarium and the Duval Street waterpark.

Located on Duval Street between Broadway and Duval Street in Key West’s Central Park. Here you can visit the garden club Key West Club, which is also home to the Central Park Restaurant. To have a fantastic view of the city and the beach from here, visit the garden club. Other places of interest in the park are the Japanese Friendship Garden, Duval Museum, Key West aquarium, and Duval Street market.

The second best attraction in the city is Duval Street. Known as the “Greenwich Village” of Florida, Duval Street is lined with shopping malls and boutiques that offer some of the best bargains and deals in the world. One of the best attractions of Duval Street is the world-famous Key West Motel.

The famous Key West Motel is known for its amazing scenery, friendly service, and world-class cuisine. The hotel itself offers four types of rooms: The Hampton Inn, The Duval Inn, The Regency Inn & Suites, and the Hilton Key House. As if these were not enough things to do in Key West Florida, there are even more things to do such as the world-class dining restaurants like Fazio’s and Billy Joe’s and the world-class casino’s Hotel Key casino.
