You can easily make homemade pancakes on a morning for a fun breakfast using this pancake recipe. Pancakes are perfect and very tasty food. They are easy to throw together and made with ingredients you typically already have. Also, they are easy to change up with different items to mix in and different kinds of syrup. You can make delicious, versatile breakfast sure to satisfy all. They are very soft and so fluffy. Each mouthful melts in your mouth and you will be reaching for more than one.
• 2 cups of plain flour, (290 g)
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar or sweetener, (60 g)
• 4 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 3/4 cups milk, (440 ml)
• 1/4 cup butter, (60 g)
• 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 1 or 2 eggs
–How to cook perfect pancakes–
1.Combine together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a medium-size mixing bowl and
mix together all your dry ingredients.
2.Mix milk, eggs, and melted butter in a separate bowl and whisk together all of the wet
ingredients until the egg is broken up.
3.Gently stir them together until you stop seeing flour. Be careful not to over mix, that will
make the batter tough. Leave a few lumps for gentle pancakes.
4.Place your pan over a medium-high flame and let the surface get hot.
5.Wet a paper towel with vegetable oil and lightly wipe the bottom of the pan. This will keep
the pancakes from sticking.
6.For each pancake, gently pour 1/2 cup of batter into the pan with using a ladle or a measuring
cup, after use the back of a spoon to spread the batter into a circle.
7.Finally, Bubbles will form in the batter, when the underside is golden and bubbles begin to
appear on the surface, flip with a spatula and cook until golden. Now the pancakes are ready
to be flipped. Turn over gently with the spatula and cook for about one minute on the flip
8.Serve the pancakes to your family members with honey, maple syrup, fruit, ice cream or frozen
yoghurt, or enjoy as you wish..
